研究目的：

（1）观察维生素D(VD)和维生素A(VA)联合补充能否有效地改善DM-PTB患者常规治疗效果。 （2）分析VD、VA补充对DM-PTB患者细胞免疫功能、吞噬细胞活性、相关细胞炎性因子及抗感染因子变化的影响；探讨VA、VD补充在改善DM-PTB患者机体免疫功能、抗结核治疗效果，以及降糖和增加胰岛素敏感方面的细胞和分子生物学机制。 

Objectives of Study：

1. to observe the influence of supplementation of retinol and(or) vitamin D on the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes; 2. to analyze the effect of supplementation of retinol and(or) vitamin D on the immulogical activity, the related inflammation factors, etc and to investigate the molecule mechanism underlying the effect. 

研究设计：

随机平行对照 

Study design：

Randomized parallel control 

纳入标准：

18～75岁糖尿病合并肺结核患者(确诊的糖尿病患者，具有典型症状，空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L或餐后血糖≥11.1mmol/L；经X线胸片金标准诊断为肺结核).筛查前一个月没有服用任何维生素、矿物质等营养补充剂。 

Inclusion criteria

The patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, aged 18~75, diagnosed by the golden criteria of pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes; no vitamin or mineral supplement one month before the screening. 

排除标准：

严重糖尿病并发症者（如糖尿病眼病、肾病、病足等）、孕妇及哺乳期妇女、恶性肿瘤患者、近期有创伤、手术者、冠心病患者。 

Exclusion criteria：

No severe complications of diabetes including diabetic eye diseases, renal disease and foot disease, etc; pregnancy or lactation women; cancer; coronary heart disease; recent suffered trauma or recepted sugery
