研究目的：

1.验证中国人群中5-HTT和MAOA基因与自杀未遂的相关性； 2.将自杀根据临床表现和危险因素进行分类研究，对各因素贡献程度进行综合分析并排序； 3.构建一个的操作性较强的自杀风险评估模型，为临床干预提供有力的客观依据。 

Objectives of Study：

1.Identify the relationship between 5-HTT and MAOA gene and suicidal attempt in Chinese population;2.Classify suicide behavior based on clinical manifestations and risk factors , which are analysed and sorted by their contribution;3.Build a suicide risk assessment model which are easy to operate and provide objective evidences to clinical intervention

纳入标准：

1.年龄：12至28岁；2.有自杀未遂的大中学生及其生物学父母;3.自愿签署知情同意书. 

Inclusion criteria

1. Age：12 to 28; 2.middle school or college students who commit suicide and their biological parents;3. All people in this studyjoin voluntarily and with informed consents. 

排除标准：

1.仅有自杀意念无自杀行为者2.恐血者 

Exclusion criteria：

1.people who have suicidal ideation without suicidal behavior 2.Pepole with blood phobia
