研究目的：

探索神经递质前体物质对新型毒品滥用者精神症状的改善效果 

Objectives of Study：

to explore the effect of neurotransmitter precursors treatment for new-drug abusers on their psychiatric symptoms 

研究设计：

随机平行对照 

Study design：

Randomized parallel control 

纳入标准：

（1）符合DSM-IV-TR诊断标准的新型毒品成瘾者；（2）年龄18岁及以上；（3）愿意并能够参加该研究；（4）理解并愿意签订知情同意书. 

Inclusion criteria

(1)current new-drug abusers verified by the Structures Clinical Interview for the DSM-IV-TR; (2)18 years of age or older; (3)willing and able to comply with the study; (4)willing and able to provide written informed consent. 

排除标准：

（1）符合DSM-IV-TR诊断标准的其它物质成瘾者；（2）肝、心、肾等功能不全；（3）存在不是由于新型毒品所致的影响试验实施的神经、精神疾病；（4）严重的内分泌、循环系统疾病；（5）患者不能配合治疗方案安排；（6）服用其它精神药物；（7）不宜入选的其它原因。 

Exclusion criteria：

(1)met dependence criteria for any substance other than new-drugs; (2)a history of dysfunction of liver, heart or kideny; (3)a current neurological or psychiatric disorder not due to new drugs; (4)serious endocrine and circulatory disorders; (5)not able to comply with the sduty procedure; (6)currently taking other psychiatric medications; (7)other circumstances.
